You should engage in light exercises like speed walking, cycling, swimming and other related exercises. It is important to keep in mind that you do not go overboard with these exercises but do it daily for a maximum of 20 minutes.

 To control high blood pressure naturally, you need to rest more and work less and keep a very healthy and calm mind.
